[Feature] Import files from URL #1563

It could be a cool idea to have the ability to import files from a repository.

The immediate need I've noticed is for various repositories to use a ".d2" file that holds all the organizational styles for designing diagrams.

It would be interesting for this file to be managed solely in a single location.
