Server Configuration location + file

Currently playing around with Ad Astra with some friends. However I'd like to change some configuration of this mod. After checking for a long time I was not able to figure out how this is done.

I was able to figure out, that Ad Astra stores the config locally in config/ad_astra.jsonc
Simply copying this file to the server does not work.

Thus the question: is it possible to configure this on a server? If yes, what would such a file look like (name + content) and where should i drop it (I guess as for other mods in the serverconfig folder)
