v0.3 Release Suggestions

Hey all,

Once again this project has been somewhere on the back of my mind, and I didn't have time to add on to it. But I want to ask, what do you think should go into the next release of the provider (v0.3)? This project is definitely not prime time ready to be pushed to v1.0 status. I am certainly happy to change the current v0.3 (Storage) Milestone if you think something is more important.

Seeing how over the years, a good portion of the issues has been about downloading the image, etc, my thinking was that storage should be the first area of focus, with addition of virtualbox_disk resource and data source, as well as virtualbox_disk_controller. The details are outlined in #119, #118, #49
