after creation of a new Data Product a page appears, where

section "Recent Activities" has
Mar 21, 2023
18:56:10

section "About" has
21 Mar 2023 18:56:10

suggested fix:

adopt a policy to use ISO 8601 format for date and time as the default format
publish that policy
apply that policy
The above date and time would then be written as: 2023-03-21 18:56:10

Note:
https://terminusdb.com/blog/ has a third another format:
"March 14, 2023"
