As a content developer I want to track a review through multiple stages so that I can leverage and track the feedback from differently skilled reviewers

Implementation idea:

  • Allow CR-level tags or emojis on a change request so that technical reviewers can use one marker to denote a pass (i.e. thumbs up emoji) and another marker (i.e. fireworks emoji) to denote a language review completion.
