[CoreCoord] Avoid need to specify core type for NOC0/1 and translated

In the coordinate systems that have unique coordinates (physical - noc0/1 and translated) coordinates directly map to certain core type. So there is no need to pass core type as well. Implement this instead of the need to pass core type now for every translation
