• Merged scalar support with Fix issue #798 - Constant OP conversion doesn't convert scalar values #802
• Asif added support for various data types of scalars with Update stablehlo.constant to TTIR conversion #1068
• Metal issue ttnn.empty operations asserts page_size % sizeof(uint32_t) == 0 when last dimension is odd tt-metal#8635 that was blocking support for creating constant tensors in TILE layout with dimensions not divisible by 32 was fixed and fix is uplifted
• Jackson removed runtime workarounds that were preventing creation of constant tensors in TILE layout with Remove workarounds for empty and full op #1485
• Lewis fixed the constant op lowering for zeroes with Bringup cache updates to ttir level #1437
