It looks as if the cex site maintenance has broken cexchat++.
I cannot get chat to work while extension is enabled. Several others are reporting same issue.

If page left open for over 5 minutes and 4 or 5 slow page warnings are ignored it does finally work but task memory usage has risen to 315,000k. On auto page refresh the wait process starts again.
