Requires #544 to be completed first

Along with the analytics we should already be tracking for the web app (browser, operating system, country, etc.), we should track the following:

• # of times a user selects a single location vs. draws an AOI
• # of times a user applies a date filter
• # of times user clicks "Download Dataset" button
