Description

Allow story map creators to designate members of a group or landscape as editors of a story map.

Problem

Story Maps require teams of people to review and provide comments on a story map, but currently, the only thing thats possible is collaborating by a screen share.

• we need to explicitly state how ownership and management works both for story map (and make sure this doesn't conflict with a long term vision)

• As someone who is invited to edit a story map, I want to receive an email notification notifying me
• As someone who is invited to edit a story map, I want to see in my story maps tool screen
• As someone who is invited to edit a story map, I want to have full editing privileges and the ability to publish/share with others
• As someone who is invited to edit a story map, I want to be able to remove my own access, so it doesn't show up in my story maps screen
