Provide a module on land capability classification, informing the user on what limitations exist on land use. LCC is calculated for sites outside the U.S. (Where LCC is pre-determined.)

Acceptance criteria

• LCC is not available for locations that have not been formally created as sites yet
• LCC rating should not be available until all necessary data has been filled out
• As a project/site member, I can view the LCC rating if it is available
• As a project or site manager/contributor, I can collect data towards the LCC rating, and disable LCC subclasses to trigger a recalculation of the site's LCC rating

Lillian User story

• As a site or project manager/contributor, I will see a CTA from the site dashboard for a site created in the international app to find my LCC. Clicking this CTA will launch an experience for calculating my LCC, where I can access more information about what LCC is and why it's important, plus be able to contribute data towards the LCC rating.
  • I cannot access an LCC rating without filling out all the data
  • I should be told which data is missing
  • LCC ratings can be up to 47 characters in the worst case, but should usually be under 10 characters
  • See spec for links on how to use the data to calculate LCC - MVP will only support a single LandPKS schema for calculating LCC
• As a project or site member, I can view the LCC rating from the site dashboard after all data has been provided
• As a site or project manager/contributor, I can disable one or more of the LCC subclasses to recalculate LCC
