server/configの変数たちは全て外とつなぐ系の変数なので、server/gatewaysで良い
DBの初期化処理も移動できそう
現状のVerifySignatureメソッドも移動できる
わんちゃんlambdaのinfrastructure/function_scripts/pkg/aws_utilsと統合するのもあり

main.goでclientたちの初期化が散乱しているのも、gatewaysに関数用意してスッキリさせるのが良さそう
