Crash in WBNoticeOperation since iOS SDK 8.0 #61

-[WBNoticeOperation setExecuting:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x16b099d0

occurs when building against SDK 8.0 (running in iOS 7 and iOS 8)
a fix is my PR here that explicitly synthesizes the properties.
