Readme - How to DEBUG.txt

a) Ensure the CLR project is in Debug mode and is the startup project. 
b) For this to work, this script has to be set as the start up script in the project properties debug tab
c) VS.Net has to be run as administrator (Maybe?)
d) Ensure enable debugging is on for the connection: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms165038(v=vs.90).aspx
