The old facetsSuite had the ability to annotate many cases at once by providing a file mapping cases to their facets rData files. When available having this feature in the new facetsSuite would be much appreciated

The wrapper script does this. Could possibly be incorporated into the R function as well, though I'm not sure that's what you're asking for.
