702 error on recovery

The error shown to the user when trying to recover the incompatible partial backup can be confusing. In such cases, the App should show a dedicated error message.

Definition of done:

• When the App gets a 702 error code during the recovery process it should show a dedicated error message instead of a generic error.

Error Message:
Looks like your backup isn't compatible with this wallet version. Consider making a new one!
