In tests where labels are tested, occasionally label collision results vary depending on tile load sequence, eg https://github.com/tangrams/differ-tests/blob/6ff03098ae2946097718ca601b2f16b60f2fa46e/unit-tests/sources/sources-scripts.yaml .

It would be better to fix these by filtering the data such that a consistent and non-overlapping set of features is returned.
