[BUG] Keystore doesn't inject or setup easily for Eigenlayer example

Overview

Using the keystore in the same way to inject keys does not work well. This should be tested, have examples for, and aim to have a unified flow as any other protocol we're integrating (i.e. Tangle).

Some things to improve:

• Using the env to inject the right RPCs
• Using the env to maintain keystore paths
• Supporting key generation on the CLI
• Move tests into blueprints themselves
• Make the flows consistent across environments
