Feature Requests: 1. Allow selecting the OpenAI model to use. 2. Allow asking follow-up questions

I'd rather be using 4o than 3.5, and the ability to ask follow-up questions would take the app from 9/10 to a 10/10 for me. Although the latter might out-of-scope for the project, which is understandable.
