Buildpack warnings when building in /app ("rm: cannot remove '/app': Read-only file system") #1

Hi

I'm on the team that maintains Heroku's build system and official buildpacks, and wanted to let you know about a future incompatibility with this buildpack - since it appears to be a fork of https://github.com/timanovsky/subdir-heroku-buildpack - so will be affected by:
timanovsky/subdir-heroku-buildpack#9

That issue won't cause builds to fail, but will result in spurious warnings in the build logs.

To fix, you can copy the changes from this PR:
timanovsky/subdir-heroku-buildpack#10
