Hydrofabric Simulation

Using this to store all information related to preparing the hydrofabric flowlines for simulation.

I will need the following:

• Creating a river csv file that has to and from edge connectivity
• Creating the mass-transfer matrix that can connect the SRB forwarding to the new hydrofabric
• create network topology (Edges) that are cut off with a dx of 2000

Here is my sample site. It contains 4 HUC10s and one downstream discharge gage (USGS 01543500) which corresponds to

This should be a good benchmarking dataset

Things to note when making edge topology:

• if merging we need to ensure the lengths are accounted for
• if skipping, we have to keep the connectivity

Also, the toNode and FromNode connections seem broken

USing the 1280 gage inside of one HUC10 for testing to make sure everything is correct.

Currently getting the small basins to line up, but the formatting is weird. I need to fix the gdf problems with two edges in one spot
