Update and quality check documentation for Version 2.0

1. Update usage documentation in the three README.md files. Some updates were made but other's appear out of date.
2. Hand the documentation to an independent developer who will go through and try all examples without support from Pavel, Oleg, or Aleandr.
3. Fix any documentation issues found that would prevent someone in the OSS community from getting started.
4. Merge the branch into master
5. start the maven public release for version 2.0. I can handle this process.

Documentation should cover installation, architecture, quick start, config guides, and examples for:

• Proxy Server
• AspectJ based class instrumentation
• Proxy examples targeting a single instance.
• Javassist examples targeting a single instance.
