Migrating a workbook that contains an oracle connection from one environment to another one through code is not possible if the "service" is different,
The service in oracle is equivalent to the database name but when we list the worksheet connections the database name comes up empty. The information about the service is under "protected attributes" under _connectionXML in the attrib.
So there is no way to change it
