Errors running pygpt binary

Running pygpt binary on Ubuntu LTS24.04 produced the following error. The application runs. I tried a few things suggested by pygpt and did not resolve the error.

None of PyTorch, TensorFlow >= 2.0, or Flax have been found. Models won't be available and only tokenizers, configuration and file/data utilities can be used.
