Add capacity settings (remaining, full, design capacity) as number entities

Hi there,

keep up the great work!
I noticed that the registers 0004 (Remain capacity), 0005 (Full capacity) and 0006 (Design capacity) can be programmed via the BMSTools Software (RS232) which is a feature I sometimes use.
These registers are not implemented here. Can they be made changeable here via RS485? The docs (PACE BMS Modbus Protocol for RS485 V1.3 [2017-06-27]) state them as read only but as the can be changed via RS232 at least this would be a great feature.

If you change these settings using BMSTools are you able to capture the requests? If I remember correctly the RAW traffic can be exported/viewed somewhere at the application.
