Modular Melee-style background border images

The Melee menus have this folder-shaped background frame present on nearly every page. We should build a robust collection of elements in this style that we can use to frame our pages. Versions that extend indefinitely to the side, have cut open bottom or sides, different levels of openness along the top, etc.
