[syncfusion_flutter_pdfviewer] Unable to recognize unicode characters (pdf viewer)

Bug description

When i select ä or Ä the pdf viewer doesn't recognize it.

Steps to reproduce

1. use the attached pdf
   test.pdf

2. select Ä ä

3. Print selected text

We are able to replicate the issue, where the Unicode characters in the PDF are not recognized when it is selected in the Syncfusion Flutter PDF Viewer. We are currently validating this issue, and we will provide further details once we find the root cause of the issue.
