Row renderers

Hi,
I would like to create a renderer that will make a row colorful based on one column values.
Also based on the same column values I would like to add specific buttons to one added column.
The table I am creating is a meta table specifying columns in a codebook. Eg When a column is additional the row in the meta table should be red and should have all buttons (remove, edit, move up, move down), when it is a core column the row should be yellow it should have buttons (move up and down) and so on
