It would be better to using Forms and FormViews for the views AnswerQuestionView, CloseQuestionView, and ParentVoteView.

Sorry for the lack of answer, been busy lately. I will try to be more responsive.
About this issue, it just grew up a little. Those validations could be done inside a form definitely. You can create the PR and we will see how it works from there.
