No birthdays and week/month events view on mobile

Describe the bug

On mobile devices, you can only use the events list view. A consequence of this is that you also cannot see birthdays in the calendar

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the events on mobile

Expected behaviour

Have a ‘show birthdays’ button and perhaps also a ‘week/month’ view button

The week and month views don't really work well on mobile, that's why they are disabled. I think we have once again proven that with sagexit. So from my perspective this is more a feature request than a bug.

Problem with birthdays in the listview is that there are so many that it sometimes floods the calendar.

Even tho they are fun they are not the main usage of the calendar. If we have a good solution, sure. But I don't think just enabling the views is the right one.

Does calendarjs offer a day view? That might work well with the narrow screens of mobile devices, although I guess it is not that useful. And I agree that a week or month view would not work that well on mobile in general because it requires a wider screen.

However, if we display the mobile version on tablets, having a week/month view on there might be useful. I am not sure how concrexit behaves on such a device as I do not have a tablet.

There is a day view yes, but it doesn't really show much more info than the list view in most cases.

The list view is only forced on screens smaller than 768 pixels.
