Rust nightly version used by CI (specifically fuzzer) should ideally be the latest #144

Days ago, the latest nightly Rust started refusing to compile the fuzzer, affecting multiple PR's.

I switched to a slightly older nightly version in #143, one of the affected PR's.

This isn't ideal for the ecosystem; see: #143 (comment)

TODO

Come up with a way to use the latest nightly without breaking the fuzzer if that version doesn't work.
