Describe the problem

https://svelte.dev/docs/kit/migrating#Integrations-HTML-minifier suggests html-minifier, which is not very maintained and has old dependencies (uglify-js). html-minifier-terser is an also not-very-maintained fork, but which at least swaps out uglify-js for terser.
