Patch needs updating

Surge XT Version
The Default wavetable template uses Legacy mode by default

Version: Nightly as of Dec 1
Plugin Type: All
Bitness: [32-bit or 64-bit]

Reproduction Steps:
Open the patch

Expected Behavior:
The patch should initialize not in Legacy mode
