Welcome to the acheron wiki!

acheron is a command line tool for analysis of whole genome sequence (WGS) data using machine learning workflows.

To start building machine learning models, first create feature matrices and labels (for supervised machine learning only). For information on how to do this, please see the wiki pages on features and labels. When you are ready to start modelling, see the page on models.
