Enhance AENS auction list with bid status indicators

It would be helpful to have bid status indicators on the AENS auction list to show:

• when I have placed a bid on a specific name
• when I am no longer the highest bidder

Acceptance criteria:

• This design is suggesting 2 main states of a name auction list item:

1. The user has not placed a bid on the name. The last bidder is not displayed.
2. The user has placed bid on the name - the last bidder is displayed.

2.1 The user placed the highest bid (last bid);

2.2 The user has been outbid by another account (this can be seen by different avatar and border color, also by different naming as own accounts are displayed with their wallet card names or .chain names such as aeternity account 1 or stormtrooper.chain while the unknown bidder is displayed as shortened address ak_123...xYz).

• The user should receive a notification (visible on the Superhero Wallet notifications screen) in case there is new bid placed at any auction they are participating in. The notification contains Bidder's account (linked to blockchain explorer) and another link "View name auction" leading to the given name auction page (within the wallet).

It's good idea to start utilizing notifications functionality we have available for something else than initial reminder to backup seed phrase.

• Check and update the layout of single item and auctions list. Minor style and wording updates of filter tabs.

• Apply the collapse on scroll effect to the UI here and on Transactions (see scrolled state below);
