Consistent Entity Identifiers

Each entity table should have a single column that serves as the primary key. For example "Id" and let this be the sole way in such entities are referenced.

Also, each entity should have a single reference to its parent. For example Hadith should have a ChapterId column and no reference to collections or books etc.
