Cannot turn on robot-hat #6

I followed the tutorial for setting up my PiCrawler but when i try turning it on the D3 LED next to the USR button flashed and so does the pi's power LED then nothing. I am unable to turn on the PiCrawler with out plugging my raspberry pi in with a USB c cable.

@OMEN44 Hey, I had the same issue that was resolved by fully charged batteries. In my case even 20% could lead to this problem. Hope it helps
