Add some sort of information about moving to Tampa Bay

  • resources for housing
  • places to go
  • etc

@ambethia I have to go back into my vault of discussions. I believe this is still meant for the website for a "why is St. Pete, Grand Central cool to be" type of info. I also have more in-depth maps in the handbook for finding restaurants etc...

Cool. I'm going to transfer this github issue to the handbook repo. They have a new beta feature for doing that.
