Move to folder

Love sumatra but it would be great if it was possible to move a file without getting the warning that it cannot be found... 'File Move to folder' would be progress.

Hmm as a Viewer SumatraPDF is constrained by the system functions, not All files can be moved during reading
Thus that will be covered by limited Rename ability in a viewer application. Hence "Save As" may work in SOME cases.
When "save as" is used there may be different versions and SumatraPDF MAY switch to the new one, if so that is the one remembered not the older one.

Overall there cannot be a simplistic / consistent approach to differing types of files, that are moved in many different ways.

Agreed if SumatraPDF is able to move a file it should be able to track where it MOVED it to. and that is usually covered by F2 RENAME HOWEVER I tried to move a very small file and the system refused to allow that (confusing as there was no feedback other that the file is still in the same location.)

ODDLY older 3.1.2 did move the file AND remembered the new name so my newer version has no idea it was changed! and will simply say ERROR.
My suspicion is the newer version is installed and using thumbnail previewer (which will in effect lock the file from changing)
But the older version was not constrained in the same way as its file preview was not active.

One of my other favourite programs, Irfanview, has no problems with it.
