No logout link for proper session termination.

There is no logout link available. Closing the browser window, and disconnecting the VPN software does not properly terminate the session. Cached browser page is not deleted.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Close browser with active session at https://sul-preassembly-prod.stanford.edu/
2. Disconnect from Stanford VPN
3. Wait several minutes
4. Create new Stanford VPN session
5. Open browser software (configured to maintain previous windows)
6. No prompt to login to https://sul-preassembly-prod.stanford.edu/
7. Active server session refreshes in cached browser tab/window

Expected behavior
Properly log out of service with logout link and delete browser page from cache. Server session should properly terminate when closing browser window and disconnecting from VPN.
