You are cool and we are appreciate your work!
I have found that the current master branch does not include the option of utilizing Animator and Root Motion, so I fixed it in one of our repo - https://github.com/X-Crew/Morpeh.Baker/tree/develop
I also added transition (inside the shader itself), though it needs a distinct controller to move/fade one animation into another
