My setup

  • macOS: 10.15.1
  • Alfred: 4.0.6
  • Lastpass Workflow: 1.4.7
  • lpass --version: v1.3.3.GIT

My Problem

I have a problem logging in LastPass using the workflow.

Further details

The dialogue box for password did not originally appear. I've made changes to the lplogin script according to squatto's comment. Then I get the Master Password dialogue, but no Authenticator code prompt.

EDIT: There appears the following text in the workflow debug: ERROR: LastPass CLI[Run Script] 2465:2767: execution error: Waiting for approval of out-of-band LastPass Authenticator login, or press Ctrl+C to enter a passcode. There appears to be a rather long (minutes) delay between running lplogin and the password prompt appearing.

When I try to login via command line – lpass login it works fine.

squatto's comment helped me as well.

After that my problem was simply not noticing my MFA notification popping up on my phone, I was expecting to see some sort of dialog after entering my password on my laptop. But once I approved the MFA on my phone then the lastpass login on my Mac worked perfectly.
