Hey man, I am trying to use this code for my thesis project but I am running into the %%bash code that is not working for me. I have the newest version of Python and I guess this is the issue. Google could not help me out so I tried it here. Anyway there is a work around for the %%bash?

You would help me a ton!

Hello, you can run the bash script directly into the terminal if the Jupyter notebook code cell with %%bash does not work. Make sure that the directories are correct within your terminal.
