scroll bar and too many options

I just found this app and I am trying to use it like Sticky Notes replacement. Unfortunately, If you try collapsing the window to a sticky note size window, you get a old win 32 UI style scroll bar for the top options + its very difficult to hold and drag the title bar to move the window.

Perhaps a solution would be to allow UI customization and hide tools we dont need

You can see the old scroll bar. looks like its used to navigate the editing tools. Perhaps make that toolbar into a hamburger menu or something

Even with all toolbar items disabled (which is a paid feature), the base of the toolbar is still there so the scrollbar still shows:
