pydantic recursive types

class Filters(BaseModel):
    and_: Optional["Filters"]

@strawberry.experimental.pydantic.input(model=Filters, all_fields=True)
class FiltersInput:
    pass

This does not seem to work and I get the error:

    if issubclass(type_, BaseModel):
  File "/usr/local/lib/python3.9/abc.py", line 123, in __subclasscheck__
    return _abc_subclasscheck(cls, subclass)
TypeError: issubclass() arg 1 must be a class
make: *** [api] Error 1

A regular strawberry class seem to work fine:

@strawberry.type
class Foo:
  and_: "Foo"

don't think it works currently.
i think this MR addresses it #1637 but its a pretty big MR. haven't take a look at it closely yet.
