Feature Request: fail gracefully when withdrawing from an underfunded account

Currently, when we try to withdraw a value that's higher than the account's balance, we just display an "Sending transaction failed with error code 400: tx_failed, op_underfunded " error and keep polling the /transaction for status updates.

In those cases, we could stop the transaction polling and display a nicer error message.
