Petaluma Script: kerning problems with swedish chars "Fö" and "Fä" #3

The combinations of "Fö" änd "Fä" don't work out well with the current kerning values.

"Fö" are too tight, causing the left "ö" dot collide with "F" roof line.
"Fä", on the other hand, are too widely spaced.

Well, "ö" and "ä" are not (only) Swedish chars ;-)
The "ü" has the same issua as the "ä" (too widely spaced) and the (German) "ß" is missing altogether, so gets replaced by something from a differently looking font
