Update glyphs in Extended Helmholtz-Ellis Just Intonation range #11

In SMuFL 1.4, the Extended Helmholtz-Ellis Just Intonation range was updated: see SMuFL #126.

We need to make the corresponding changes to Petaluma to bring it in line with the latest version of this range. This includes checking the vertical alignment of each glyph relative to the origin; Bravura is now correct, so we should carefully check the alignment of each accidental in Petaluma to make sure it matches.
