Discord.py bot that's functionality is to put Christmas hats on discord user's avatars.

Parameters for q!hat (all parameters, except flip, use the format command=number):
- Flip - flips the hat horizontally
- Type (0-4) - selects which type of hat to use
- Scale - resizes the hat by a factor of the given number
- Left/right/up/down - moves the hat in the given direction
Example of use with parameters: q!hat flip scale=2 up=20 left=50
This command flips the hat, scales it to 2x size, and moves it accordinglu
