Error sending email notification

The plugin recently started not sending notifications on our end. I turned on logs and tried a test, which shows it failed, but gives no further context. How should I go about troubleshooting this further?

I've attached our system info file.

Hi @rezl

Do other emails from the website work? For example the "password reset request" on the login page, if you make a request do you receive that email?

The plugin uses the same mailing functionality, so there shouldn't be any issues if the mailing functionality works for the rest of the site.
